Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses to join Canada’s growing healthcare workforce. As an RN, you will play a key role in providing safe, ethical, and effective patient care across a variety of healthcare settings. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes and support the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medications, and treatments
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and document health records accurately
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Follow Canadian nursing standards and provincial regulations
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and privacy protocols
- Respond to emergencies and assist in critical care situations when required
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license (or eligibility) in a Canadian province or territory
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- English or French language proficiency (CLB/NCLC 7 or higher recommended)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care experience
Preferred Assets:
- NCLEX-RN pass or Canadian RN registration (e.g., CNO, CARNA, BCCNM)
- Experience in hospital, long-term care, or community settings
- Additional training in mental health, critical care, or gerontology
