Job Summary:
We are hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver patient-centered care across various healthcare settings in Canada. RNs play a key role in promoting health, preventing illness, and managing complex care needs for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when needed
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Current RN license or eligibility for registration with a Canadian provincial nursing body (e.g., CNO, BCCNM)
- Minimum of 1–2 years clinical nursing experience (preferred)
- Valid English or French language test (e.g., IELTS, CELBAN – required for licensing)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work in diverse and fast-paced environments
Salary Range:
CAD $32 – $45 per hour (based on province, experience, and facility type)
Annual Estimate: CAD $65,000 – $95,000+
