Job Summary:

We are currently hiring compassionate and responsible Caregivers to provide personal support and daily assistance to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and patients recovering from illness. As a caregiver, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and independence of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Remind and assist with medication schedules (as directed)
• Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal caregiver training or certification (e.g., TESDA NC II, PSW, HCA, or equivalent)
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility setting (advantageous)
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively in English or French

Salary Range:

CAD $18 – $24 per hour
Annual Estimate: CAD $36,000 – $50,000+
