Job Title: Caregiver
Location: Private Homes, Long-Term Care Facilities, and Retirement Homes – Canada
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sector: Home Care / Elderly & Disability Support

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring compassionate and responsible Caregivers to provide personal support and daily assistance to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and patients recovering from illness. As a caregiver, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and independence of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Remind and assist with medication schedules (as directed)
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal caregiver training or certification (e.g., TESDA NC II, PSW, HCA, or equivalent)
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility setting (advantageous)
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively in English or French
Salary Range:
CAD $18 – $24 per hour
Annual Estimate: CAD $36,000 – $50,000+
