Job Title: Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Clinical Coordinator to oversee daily clinical operations and support quality care delivery across healthcare facilities in Canada. The Clinical Coordinator ensures effective staff coordination, patient flow, and compliance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily clinical activities within the unit or department
- Assign duties and schedules to nursing and support staff
- Monitor patient care quality and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Support staff training, orientation, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to optimize service delivery
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
- Address patient or staff concerns and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate reports, clinical documentation, and compliance with health regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (Master’s an asset)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada or eligibility for provincial registration
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical workflow management
- English or French language proficiency (depending on province)
Salary Range:
CAD $75,000 – $100,000+ per year (depending on experience and location)
