Job Summary:

We are hiring Dental Assistants to support dentists in providing high-quality oral care across modern clinics in Canada. This role involves patient preparation, chairside assistance, and ensuring smooth daily dental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean treatment area
• Record patient medical histories and update dental records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk duties as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting (Level I or II)
• Certification from a recognized institution (e.g., NDAEB certification if in Canada)
• Previous experience in a dental clinic (preferred)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and infection control practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English or French (depending on province)
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Salary Range:

CAD $20 – $30 per hour (depending on location and experience)
