Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Technicians and Therapists to join reputable healthcare facilities across Canada. You will play a vital role in supporting diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation processes, working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Technicians (e.g., Lab, Radiology, ECG, Anesthesia, Surgical Tech):

• Perform diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and EKGs
• Operate and maintain medical equipment
• Collect, prepare, and analyze patient samples
• Assist physicians in diagnostic and minor procedures
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient safety protocols

Therapists (e.g., Physical, Respiratory, Occupational, Speech):

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support recovery and functionality
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Educate patients and families on techniques for home care
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure cohesive care delivery

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant medical or therapy field
• Valid professional license or registration in home country
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
