Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide essential care and support to patients in healthcare facilities or home care settings. The PSW will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with healthcare teams

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a certified PSW training program
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
  • Previous experience is an asset, but not always required
